Refunds and cashback reversals

Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

A refund can reverse previously credited cashback. A partial refund should be assessed against the original reward, not treated as a new cashback-earning transaction.

Full refund

An eligible $1,000 purchase produces $15 at a 1.5% reward rate. If the entire purchase is refunded, a reversal of that original $15 leaves no retained reward for the purchase. Purchase refunds and reward reversals can post at different times.

Partial refund on a capped transaction

A $4,000 purchase capped at $50 rewards followed by a $1,000 refund has a 25% refunded proportion. A proportional reversal of the original reward is $12.50, leaving $37.50. Recalculating 1.5% on the remaining $3,000 would produce $45, which is a different model.

Monthly-cap and timing limits

The public calculator shows a same-period estimate: it applies transaction rewards, allocates the monthly cap proportionally and then reverses each allocated reward in proportion to its refund. It is not a reproduction of a live settlement ledger. Cross-month refunds, posting order and unused cap restoration require the final programme rules.

A refund is not a fee waiver

Do not assume FX markups, network charges, interest or issuance costs are refunded with a purchase. Compare the provider refund policy with the reward reversal policy.
