Paying for OpenAI API credits with a crypto card
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

API access is usually prepaid usage credits or metered billing, not a flat monthly plan like ChatGPT. A virtual card buys credits or settles usage when the confirmed amount covers the charge and auto-recharge, if enabled, can draw on it again.
Credits vs a subscription
A ChatGPT plan is a fixed monthly charge; API billing is usage-based, bought as prepaid credits or billed on consumption. Buying credits is a one-off charge you size yourself, which maps cleanly to a confirmed deposit.
Auto-recharge
If auto-recharge is on, the service tops up credits by charging the card again when the balance runs low. Keep enough confirmed USDC or USDT available for that repeat charge, or buy credits manually to keep each charge explicit.
Using the IndevBank card
The virtual card is used for the online tools you already use, developer platforms among them where card payment is accepted. You pay the same dollar amount as your confirmed deposit. Acceptance, account verification and the provider’s rules apply.
Cashback and fees
Card fees are $0. Eligible settled charges earn 1.5% cashback, capped at $50 per transaction and $250 per month. A credit refund can reverse cashback already credited.
