Using a NO KYC crypto card in Vietnam

Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

Published by the IndevBank product team · Reviewed

Crypto adoption is high in Vietnam while international services bill in US dollars, and the dong equivalent depends on the exchange rate. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; this does not confirm local eligibility or legality.

The local billing picture

A USD-denominated subscription keeps the same dollar value while its dong equivalent changes with the exchange rate. Not every local card is enabled for international online payments, which can block a recurring charge.

Where a dollar-funded card fits

A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so a dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Blockchain network fees are separate from the $0 card fee.

What this does not say

This is educational context, not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Vietnam, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Vietnamese resident eligibility.

The published facts
