Most US services already bill in dollars, so there is usually no conversion step on a domestic charge. A dollar label on an invoice can still involve an overseas merchant, which is a billing detail rather than a currency one.
What a stablecoin card changes here
The difference is not the currency but the source of funds and the sign-in: the card is funded by approved USDC or USDT and requires no identity documents. You can pay the same dollar amount as your confirmed deposit.
