Using a NO KYC crypto card in the Philippines
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

International services often bill in US dollars or their regional pricing, and the peso equivalent moves with the exchange rate. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay these charges; local eligibility and law are not confirmed here.
The local billing picture
A global subscription may charge in dollars while a customer budgets in pesos; those are separate figures. A localized peso display is not necessarily the billing currency, and conversion timing and any provider spread affect the final cost.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so a dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Blockchain network fees are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This is educational context, not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in the Philippines, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Philippine resident eligibility.
The published facts
IndevBank is a NO KYC crypto card: no identity documents, $0 card fees, 1.5% capped cashback, and the same dollar amount payable as the confirmed USDC or USDT deposit. Approved account terms govern.
