Using a NO KYC crypto card in Nepal

International services bill in US dollars, while rules on using local cards for international online payments have historically been strict in Nepal. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; this does not confirm local eligibility or legality.
The local billing picture
A global charge is typically in dollars, and the rupee equivalent depends on the exchange rate. International online use of local cards has at times been tightly controlled, which can block or cap a recurring international payment.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
Because a confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, an international dollar charge does not add a separate conversion on the IndevBank line. Network fees on the deposit are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This describes the general payment landscape; it is not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Nepal, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Nepali resident eligibility.
