Using a NO KYC crypto card in Mexico
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

International services bill Mexican customers in US dollars or regional pricing, and the peso equivalent moves with the exchange rate. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; this does not confirm local eligibility or legality.
The local billing picture
A dollar sign without MXN or USD can hide the difference between a domestic peso service and a foreign one whose contract stays in dollars. A merchant offering a peso estimate does not establish settlement in pesos, and conversion applies where the charge is in dollars.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so a dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Network fees are paid on the deposit and are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This is educational context, not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Mexico, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Mexican resident eligibility and does not quote an IndevBank conversion rate.
