Using a NO KYC crypto card in Lebanon

A prolonged banking crisis has constrained access to dollars and to international card payments for many customers in Lebanon, while demand for dollar-denominated spending is high. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay international charges; this does not confirm local eligibility or legality.
The local billing picture
International services charge in dollars, and local access to fresh dollars and to international-enabled cards has been uneven during the crisis, with informal exchange rates diverging from official ones. That can make a routine international payment hard to complete with a domestic card.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so an international dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Network fees are paid on the deposit and are separate from the $0 card fee.
