Using a NO KYC crypto card in Kazakhstan
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.
Published by the IndevBank product team · Reviewed
Crypto adoption is significant in Kazakhstan, while international services still bill in US dollars and local cards vary in their international reach. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; this does not confirm local eligibility or legality.
The local billing picture
A global service charges in dollars, and the tenge equivalent depends on the exchange rate. International online acceptance varies by card and issuer, which can occasionally interrupt a recurring international payment.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so an international dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Blockchain network fees on the deposit are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This is educational context, not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Kazakhstan, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Kazakh resident eligibility.
The published facts
