The local billing picture
A design tool or streaming service may quote USD while an Indonesian customer assesses cost in rupiah; the invoice amount and its rupiah equivalent are separate measures. A localized rupiah display does not always mean the invoice is denominated in rupiah.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so a dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Network fees are paid on the deposit and are separate from the $0 card fee.
