Using a NO KYC crypto card in Ghana
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

The cedi has depreciated and foreign-exchange access has at times been constrained in Ghana, while international services bill in US dollars. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; local eligibility and law are not confirmed here.
The local billing picture
A global subscription usually charges in dollars, and the cedi equivalent changes with depreciation and the exchange rate between billing dates. Mobile money is common locally but does not always reach international checkouts.
Why a dollar-stable card is relevant here
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit holds a dollar value, so it is not eroded by cedi depreciation between charges, and a dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Network fees are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This describes the payment landscape only; it is not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Ghana, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Ghanaian resident eligibility.
