Using a NO KYC crypto card in Colombia
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

International services bill in US dollars or regional pricing while the Colombian peso moves with the exchange rate, and crypto use is growing. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; local eligibility and law are not confirmed here.
The local billing picture
A global subscription may charge in dollars while a customer budgets in pesos; those are separate figures. The peso equivalent depends on the exchange rate and any provider spread, and a localized peso display is not necessarily the billing currency.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, so a dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Blockchain network fees are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This describes the payment landscape only; it is not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Colombia, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Colombian resident eligibility.
