Using a NO KYC crypto card in Cambodia
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.
Published by the IndevBank product team · Reviewed
The US dollar circulates widely in Cambodia alongside the riel, so dollar pricing is familiar and international dollar charges map naturally to a dollar balance. A dollar-stable card is one way to pay such charges; this does not confirm local eligibility or legality.
The local billing picture
With the dollar in everyday use, a global service billing in dollars does not feel like a foreign charge, and the riel is often used mainly for small amounts. The practical question is usually whether a card is enabled for international online payments.
Where a dollar-funded card fits
A confirmed USDC or USDT deposit gives the same dollar amount to spend, which aligns with widely-used dollar pricing — an international dollar charge is not converted again on the IndevBank line. Network fees on the deposit are separate from the $0 card fee.
What this does not say
This describes the general payment landscape; it is not a statement that the card is available or lawful for any particular person in Cambodia, and not tax, legal or financial advice. This does not confirm Cambodian resident eligibility.
