Foreign-exchange fees and virtual-card costs
Stablecoin-only collateral: approved USDC and USDT on Ethereum. The credit limit is 100% of that collateral value, with no haircut. No BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins are accepted.

A free virtual card can still have conversion, network or borrowing costs. The card fee and the cost of using the card are different measures.
Separate the cost layers
Issuance, monthly and annual card fees are only one layer. Currency conversion, payment processing, blockchain transfers and borrowing interest may sit elsewhere. A comparison that displays only issuance fees is not an all-in cost ranking.
An explicit FX assumption
For an illustrative $1,000 purchase, an assumed 2% conversion cost is $20. A $15 reward leaves negative $5 before other costs. The 2% figure is an example. Merchant currency, settlement currency and the conversion source matter.
Interest is independent of cashback
A reward is calculated from eligible purchases; interest is calculated under the credit agreement. A simplified example using principal times annual rate times days divided by 365 is not valid for every product. Compounding, billing cycles and grace periods must be confirmed.
