No account to open
Funding comes from approved USDC or USDT you already hold, not from a deposit account at a bank. There is no account application and no identity document collection, because the sign-in is a wallet signature or an email address.
What you still need
You need a supported wallet and approved stablecoins on a supported network. The card is virtual-only and used for online and in-app payments; a merchant must accept the payment at checkout, and mobile-wallet availability depends on your device and region.
What a card name does not promise
The absence of a bank account also means you should not assume bank-style protections such as deposit insurance or statutory chargeback rights. The rights you have are set by the programme terms, not by the word "card". Read them before relying on any of them.
Who it suits
People who hold stablecoins and want to pay for everyday online services without opening a bank account. Eligibility, reward caps and applicable fees apply, and a country article does not confirm residence eligibility.
