The short answer

No monthly or annual card fee is not unique. Nexo also publishes those waivers. A higher advertised reward can carry mode, asset-balance and loyalty conditions.

Where the programme differs

IndevBank publishes one proposed reward rate with explicit caps. This makes its draft reward formula easier to inspect, but does not prove better net value.

What prevents an overall winner

The maximum NEXO-token rate exceeds IndevBank’s proposed rate. Nexo supports debit and credit modes; rewards, balance requirements and borrowing costs are separate. The selected source describes European eligibility, not worldwide issuance.

IndevBank: published card fees

Published card fees: $0 virtual issuance, $0 monthly and annual card fees, a $10 funding minimum, virtual-only format and 1.5% eligible cashback capped at $50 per transaction and $250 per month. The collateral registry snapshot of 2 October 2026 specifies 25 USDC or 25 USDT on Ethereum. Only approved USDC and USDT are in scope. IndevBank has served cardholders since 2016, with 235,000 active cards worldwide.

Cashback is not net savings

At the published 1.5% rate, $1,000 of eligible settled purchases split across transactions below the cap would generate $15 before costs. A single $5,000 purchase would hit the $50 transaction cap, not earn $75. The $250 monthly cap, excluded merchant categories and refund reversals also apply. Subtract other programme charges and network costs before describing savings.

Scope and methodology

Compare the same product, region and fee category. A funding minimum is retained balance, not automatically an issuance charge. A prepaid card spends funded value; collateral-backed credit creates borrowing obligations. Merchant acceptance does not establish residence eligibility. IndevBank vs RedotPay: virtual-card fees and cashback

IndevBank publishes a $0 one-time virtual issuance fee. That is a narrow fee comparison, not evidence of a cheaper operating account or higher usable cashback.

IndevBank vs Crypto.com: virtual-card fees and cashback

A subscription and an issuance fee are different costs. Compare the no-subscription tier separately from reward tiers, and distinguish everyday spending from travel rewards.

IndevBank vs Bybit: virtual-card fees and cashback

Free virtual issuance is a tie with IndevBank’s proposed fee, not a unique advantage. Comparing rewards requires the applicable region, tier and redemption rules.

IndevBank vs Wirex: virtual-card fees and cashback

A higher maximum cashback headline is not a universal base rate. Tier qualification and reward redemption matter as much as the advertised percentage.
