Bybit.com listed regional virtual cards; not a universal Bybit EU tariff
The short answer
Free virtual issuance is a tie with IndevBank’s proposed fee, not a unique advantage. Comparing rewards requires the applicable region, tier and redemption rules.
Fees and rewards: published facts
| Feature | IndevBank | Bybit |
|---|---|---|
| Virtual issuance | $0 issuance | No virtual issuance fee until further notice |
| Recurring card / membership cost | $0 monthly / annual | No annual fee in listed regions |
| Cashback conditions | 1.5%; $50/transaction, $250/month; exclusions and reversals | Rewards exist; points, tier caps and cashback redemption conditions |
Where the programme differs
IndevBank’s proposed percentage and caps can be read without treating a temporary headline rate as permanent. That clarity is an editorial benefit, not proof of lower fees.
What prevents an overall winner
Bybit already publishes free virtual issuance and a reward programme. Its fee schedule varies by region. IndevBank’s published card fees are $0. A fee table alone is not an all-in cheapest-card conclusion.
IndevBank: published card fees
Published card fees: $0 virtual issuance, $0 monthly and annual card fees, a $10 funding minimum, virtual-only format and 1.5% eligible cashback capped at $50 per transaction and $250 per month. The collateral registry snapshot of 2 October 2026 specifies 25 USDC or 25 USDT on Ethereum. Only approved USDC and USDT are in scope. IndevBank has served cardholders since 2016, with 235,000 active cards worldwide.
Cashback is not net savings
At the published 1.5% rate, $1,000 of eligible settled purchases split across transactions below the cap would generate $15 before costs. A single $5,000 purchase would hit the $50 transaction cap, not earn $75. The $250 monthly cap, excluded merchant categories and refund reversals also apply. Subtract other programme charges and network costs before describing savings.
Scope and methodology
Compare the same product, region and fee category. A funding minimum is retained balance, not automatically an issuance charge. A prepaid card spends funded value; collateral-backed credit creates borrowing obligations. Merchant acceptance does not establish residence eligibility.
